Nolvadex (Tamoxifen Citrate) is the most critical tool in a bodybuilder's arsenal for recovery. It is a Selective Estrogen Receptor Modulator (SERM) that serves two vital functions:
- On-Cycle: It blocks estrogen from binding to breast tissue, preventing Gynecomastia (gyno) even if estrogen levels are high.
- Post-Cycle (PCT): It stimulates the pituitary gland to release LH and FSH, kickstarting your body's natural testosterone production after a cycle.
It is safer on lipids than AIs and is considered the gold standard for PCT.
